#1 Post by abhelou » 29 Nov 2023, 11:45

hello everyone
i'm trying to tweak my room espeasy controller (node mcu)
now im using gpio 4,5 for I2C
gpio 1,2,3, for rotary encoder
gpio 13 as pwm output
gpio 12 as output for IR led
i would like to control additional 2 relays for shutter (up/down). which configuration i can use for my application, and any modification i better do?

You could use GPIO 14 and 0 or 15 depending on how the Relais is switched....
https://espeasy.readthedocs.io/en/lates ... /GPIO.html

...or you could add a port expander like the pcf8574 to get additional in and outputs via I2C

Edit:
better would be to use GPIO0 as an input and use the TX Pin as an output
