about mega-20240229 ernergy build 82* fail dark-mode option

Hi guys and girls.

When upgrading an couple of esp 82* to mega-20240229 i've found that somehow the whole web-config part is missing
in the energy -build 4M1 version they falll back to normal and the option web is missing in tools>advanced config menu.

not a showstopper, but please investigate ..

The energy data received from the meter is also corrupt, as far as i can see, Domoticz log entries say :

No need to investigate

For the Climate builds we've had to activate the 'LIMIT_BUILD_SIZE' compile-time option to be able to fit in all current plugins. This causes the Dark-mode code and css to be excluded from the binary.

If you set "RX Receive Timeout (mSec)" to 5 msec, the receive errors should be fixed; processing speed has improved at some point, causing the small delays in transmission by the meter to be seen as "I'm done sending", while it's actually not yet complete. This small delay helps in solving that.
