Warema 8k hand transmitter

#1 Post by dproetel » 02 Feb 2017, 21:13

good afternoon,
I try to connect a warema sender with 8 channels. Under device it shows:
rflinki 00006CA7 0 oben 6 Light/Switch Warema Open
but it seems that all 8 channels have the same entry. Any hints?

thanks in advance Daniel

good morning,

i´ve got the same problem with my 8k hand transmitter, controlling my roller shutters.

In domoticz the control command is recognized as warema protocol, but it´s always the same address.

Do i have to pair the devices with my master control unit?

Hello,

I would be interested as well.
I have a Warema EWFS Weather Station Plus combined with an adapter to control an even older Warema awning.
I also have a handheld transmitter to manually move it out and in.
I managed to retrieve the commands for out and in using a Signalduino at 433 MHz and I can "replicate" them as raw messages so this works.
But I would be intested in the data of the weather station because it contains a wind and rain sensor.
And I would like to "see" when the weather station "commands" the awning to move out or in.

Thanks,
best regards
Richard

Is there a special thing with the Warema EWFS 8K Controller?

I try to control my Warema venetian blinds with RFLink but no Command works.

I use a Nodo RFLink Gatewayboard (RLink Firmware Version: 1.1 Revision: 51) and have a Warema EWFS 8K Controller.
For example, when pushing a Button of the Controller, I receive in the RFLink Loader (V1.11) screen:
20;68;Warema;ID=ae16;SWITCH=01;CMD=DOWN;

I now try to send in the "Command to Send"-Field in RFLink Loader the following:
10;Warema;ae16;1;DOWN;

Receiving the following:
20;88;OK;

But the Warema venetian blinds are not moving?

Same here, got a RFLink from nodoshop. I can see the commands transmitted by the remote, but if I send, nothing happens.
Can anyone please post a brief description how to use RFlink with warema ewfs. I think we are missing the side-channel learning, but as the code is not Opensource and no docs given I have no clue how to do it.

As nobody replies, neither to this post not to te e-mail I've written to the contact email of the rflink. I consider this projekt as abadoned and dead. This is a little disapointing as the hardware still gets sold, and the code is not available. Perhaps we should consider an os firmware for the Hardware.
