[Fixed] TimeZone Offset not working

I've enabled NTP, but the TimeZone Offset doesn't seem to alter the logged time. Is there some trick to this?
I seem to have gotten this to work on an ESP I have at the office. I'll have to check the differences with the unit I have at home, but here's what I've got to work:
NTP Hostname: us.pool.ntp.org
Timezone Offset: -8
DST: Checked (Daylight standard time in effect now)
It did require a hard reboot, but my time is currently logging as EVENT: Clock#Time=Tue,09:36.
It seems a hard reboot is needed to get the time to sync up correctly.
