Unknown behavior after flashing

Hi,
I have flashed my ESP8266 module several time during trials using two references.
1. http://www.whatimade.today/esp8266-easi ... am-so-far/ for hardware connection and initial steps (I used USB Serial + Arduino IDE)
2. http://www.letscontrolit.com/wiki/index ... are_Upload for ESP Easy firmware download and related references.
First time it work perfectly and I could open its first configuration page on 192.168.4.1 than I did some random trials and reconfigured and flashed ESP8266 module several time, say 10-12 times after that.
Right now I am in condition where ESP Module is not either being detected by my Router nor as AP point on 192.168.4.1 as first boot. When I power on while connecting to USB TTL, than dont know what happens but my PC's wifi network looses my internet connection and as soon as I pull out USB, wifi turns on.
Further if I power this ESP with external power supply It gives continues Red Bright light and Blue Dim light and same problem, I can not find it either as AP or connected with my Router.
Please guide me. And Is there any way to Hard Rest ESP to use it as fresh?
