Dieser Bericht wäre detaillierter, wenn die Option

in Datei -> Voreinstellungen aktiviert wäre.

Hello,

i assume you've made a full install with the Arduino Installer which gave me similiar results.

Use the .zip-package from Arduino not the Installer! Set it up into a separate new folder, away from c:\programs or the <user>\AppData.
Description for a "portable" installation: https://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/PortableIDE

Follow the HowTo at https://letscontrolit.com/wiki/index.ph ... are_Upload
to setup the libraries into the portable version.
