Problems after Wifi Status Led

Hello,
after setting my ESP-12E Wifi Status Led to GPIO-16 und Pin Mode 16 (D0) (and all the other GPIOs) to Output High and start new the blue led fashes permanent und the modul does not work in WiFi-mode.
First flashing 120 after V2 helps. Alter doing the same, flashing ESPEasy wasn't a solution. Also erasing the total flash memory with ESP8266Flasher.exe doesn't help.
After trying differend other firmware's now it work again.
Settings seems to be kepped after flashing.
