Let's Control It

Good Morning,

i orderd a new ESP8266 Board and a TCR5000 to Monitor the Electric Meter.

I connect the TCR5000 DO to GPIO4 on the ESPBoard and create as a Divce a Pulse Counter.

What is see in the Device is that "Count" is only "0" , "Total" count and "Time" count.


My Questions are:
1. Why Count do not count
2. What is Time mean ???

I see when i set the Delay Time to 60 then the Count dispaly the Counts in the last 60 Seconds.

Yes it will spit out what ever count it has between it's reports. 1 second might be to short of a period. But also debounce time has a major impact as well. I have tried to explain it somewhat better here: https://www.letscontrolit.com/wiki/inde ... ogic_input
