Controller Publish field to short under Generic HTTP

I try to send something to my server with the generic HTTP Controller. (In Mega-Version)

Unfortunately i could only enter mac 64 character.
I guess this is a bug? Even the sample is larger, but if i delete one character from the sample, i can´t reenter it?

Any chance to go for like 128 or better 256 characters?
