Let's Control It

I know that Sonoff now do the Sonoff SV, but I'm after something that is already in a case.
Searching ebay I came across these:

These look like knock-off Sonoffs but low-voltage.
Anyone have any experience of these and, most importantly, will they work with ESP Easy?

May be a ESP8266, maybe another chip inside.
Not sure if it will work with ESPEasy.
