Sonoff POW should switch Sonoff basic directly

Hi.
I will switch an basic i with an POW when enough power comes from photovoltaik.
i will switch without any server, only by rules on the POW.
is this possible?

For me, i can flash the POW with ESPeasy, but i can´t see the AP from the POW. Fw R140
