Anyonle here tried to integrate a ESP8266 inside to send the readings over MQTT?

Looks like you may need to make your own board using these sensors if you want to add an ESP8266.
You cannot simply tap into the comm lines to these sensors to read their values.
For example the S8 does need to be triggered to start a reading.

But it looks like a nice unit.
