Humidity not always hex

I was testing some devices, and i noticed an incompatibility with the HUM field.

According to the protocol spec it should be:
HUM=99 => Humidity (hexadecimal)

Only some plugins just write it as decimal. For example plugin 032 (AlectoV4). Can you made it consistent for all plugins? Now it is hard to parse the HUM value.
