Wanted to check whether certain device included in the Supported Devices List, but https://www.rflink.nl/blog2/devlist does not provide access, neither any other url starting with https://www.rflink.nl/
All responses end with just a list of contents of the website at https://www.rflink.nl/blog2/

What is the presently correct url for real access to RFLink-info?

The rflink.nl site doesn't use https but http protocol, it seems, you might need to turn off your https-anywhere (or similar) extension in your browser, temporary, to access the site (site is working here, both from Firefox and Chrome, ~50km west from your location ).
