Wrong values for MS5611 (GY-63) sensor

I have two of these sensors. I think it works for some time, then it starts to send wrong values (very big numbers for both pressure and temperature)

I replaced the sensor with a new one and it is the same situation. Wiring is fine, there are other I2C devices running just fine. What can be wrong?
