Tubular Tuya 433,9 mhz?

Good evening, In the meantime I have bought and installed three tubular motors in China and I can operate them via the Tuya app and the Tuya plugin. It works, but I'm still not satisfied. Sometimes not all three motors respond. It is because of the mhz signal that is sent from the usb hub. now it appears upon inquiry to the manufacturer that it is an rf 433.9 mhz signal. Does anyone know how I can find this signal?
