On top all the pins of ESP8266 are brought out through pinheaders. Compared to his little brother this module can be powered by external 5VDC (like in the test board in the picture) or can be equipped with 5VDC transformer, fuse and varistor to make it self-contained. it has as well status LEDs but with a simple jumper they can be disabled (you can keep it ok only for debugging and simply disble all of them.

This module is under testing now (just received the prototype PCBs) and it's an evolution of the 3 relays one. This one uses MCP23017+ULN2803 to drive 8 relays just via I2C connection to ESP8266; as well there are 8 additional GPIOs from the MCP23017 that can be used.
