SI7021 Plugins [done]

Hi guys,

First of all, I would like to thanks for this great job, this is exactly what I wanted to do and I found it, very nice

I would like to implement I2C SI7021 Temp/Humidity sensor plugin. How can I define my plugins number ? 14 seems the 1st one free but do I need to reserve one ?
