Hello,
On ESP-12F my RFID reader (PN532) gives repeatedly bus errors. RFID tag can be read, but with these bus errors it is not possible
to send the data to my domoticz server. I use 1,5k pullup resistors. 4k7 does not make any difference. Power supply is ok.
Without PN532 board i can send other sensor data (like ds18b20) and switch inputs to my Domoticz server.
I have read that there are some problems with I2C communication to the PN532 board, is there maybe a solution to this?
I am currently using R103.

Re: PN532 error
The PN532 is still a known issue and can't get it fixed without wiring the reset pin. Do you use the reset pin in your setup? In that case it should recover instantly from bus errors.

Re: PN532 error
Looks like if the PN532 is positioned away from the ESP-12 board everything works ok. If it is too close to the ESP-12 board, bus errors will happen.

Re: PN532 error
So, basically there is no chance to put the PN532 RFID reader (red version as on the Wiki) to the ESP-01, because of the missing reset pin option (lack of pins on ESP-01)?Martinus wrote:The PN532 is still a known issue and can't get it fixed without wiring the reset pin. I attached the PN532 trough i2c bus (dtetected by ESPEasy i2c scanner), but the "Tag" value always stays on "0" value.
What I only got, that the blue led on the ESP-01 is blinking very fast, nothing else.
Thank you!
