i´ve got no problems, but uses more ESP-12E with 4 MB Flash.

Working for me to
DS18B20 now working with normal values, before always 4095.94 degrees
Had much trouble by updating to a previous release.
I think the ESP8266 not always reset totally when flashing new software, but hold some data at some memory locations.
Had to do many resets and uploading before it worked normal.
Not sure if it has anything to do with ESPEasy

i had a little bit problems at and up V030, but i´m thinking thats because i´m using the 3 "problem" (GPIO 0, 2 and 15) ports.
