I can load the software but gives nothing

I can get the software with the Arduino program

R020 operates with software, but with no r039

I try with esp-08, not works too, can't get serial output from the module, and it not shown ap mode works ( ESP_0 not exist). But if I upload the sketch version 20 it ESP_0 ssid shown.
