Virtual sensors
Hello. I want to automate the hood in the bathroom. I want to realize this way. When the humidity in the bathroom rises above 70%, the fan turns on and turns off at 65%. But I want to add conditions for checking humidity on another ESP arrange (on the street). If the humidity on the street is below 70%, then only turn on the fan. It happens that there is high humidity in the street and in the apartment accordingly, and it makes no sense to turn on the fan. It would be nice to add the ability to connect virtual sensors.

Re: Virtual sensors
Hello,
I don't think you need a virtual sensor for this.
Have a look at "GlobalSync" : https://letscontrolit.com/wiki/index.php/EasyGlobalSync
Beware: It is a work in progress.
One point that leads into issues often: GlobalSync uses same tasks in all synced devices!
Example:
You have your street humidity sensor on Task 1 of the device.
If you use GlobalSync the street humidity values will appear on Task 1 of the bathroom sensor too!
So always use a task that is free on both (!) devices.
Configure GlobalSync, then restart both devices and then get a cup of coffee or two - it takes a while untill both devices are in sync.
Be patient
The remote sensor value can simply be used like a local one.
Then you simply may some rules to get your fan running (or not).
Regards
Shardan
