It looks like a development board with GPRS and GPS onboard.
I do not (yet) see a datasheet. So it is hard to guess what processor is being used, amount of storage available, etc.

The A20 module appears to have an ESP8285 for wifi, but can not see anything on the A6. ESPEasy works fine on the 8285, but no idea about these modules.
Not sure what you want to do with these...

I just read some more about the A6 module and it would be a great way of notifying stuff other than the internet way. Especially good if the power is down. The most interesting module that I found is this one.

Mic+speaker would make it ideal for a DIY door communication system.
