can't ping to nodemcu device

hi
i loaded a firmware to the nodemcu, it connects to the wifi router and i can control it via mqtt with my openhabian pi.
but i can't ping it from the windows machine.
i can ping it from the raspberry pi.
do you know what's the issue?

well i first suspected it was the windows firewall.
but even after i disabled it - the issue wasn't solved.
i recalled that recently i update the firmware of my R7000 router with the new Kong mod - DD-WRT Kong Mod for NETGEAR R7000P (2017-11-01 CHK).
i rolled back to the previous version - and issue was solved - DD-WRT Kong Mod for NETGEAR R7000 (2017-06-11).
