Sonoff keeps connecting/disconnecting

I have the problem that my sonoff devices keep connecting and disconnecting every minute. I have flashed 4 sonoffs successfully, one is running with a DHT22 and providing readings to FHEM without an issue, but it is only rarely possible to connect over wifi to configure. I am reading the status messages over serial connection and I can see the information that every minute a connection is established.

At the same time I have flashed a D1 Mini with the same version of ESPEasy, but I can reach it without a problem. Is there an option to save energy by disconnecting which is active by default?

I have used the v 2.0.0 dev 12 to flash the sonoffs.

Any idea what to do?

Try to power the Sonoff only by using the programmer.
Just to see whether the power supply of the Sonoff might be causing an issue.

There was suggested to add an extra 400V 1nF capacitor.

I have tried different setups, one is connected to 230V, one is powered by the programmer (reading debug output on this one) and the last is attached to stabilized lab power supply. It seems that the one powered by the programmer is the worst, but none of them is stable. I have checked the voltage with an osci, each one seems very stable at 3.3V
