Domoticz rule creator

Hi, I use Domoticz for sensor monitoring, now because we use virtual sensor, notification setup is not working. I wonder if someone can post example how to create custom rule with blocky

Example, if temperature is higher than 20 then send me a notification (email, pushalot, etc)
