I have a question regarding the promising magnetic rotary encoder AS5048B.

Does somebody already work on a plugin for such a sensor ?

Hmm, that's indeed a very promising sensor.
Do you also have some links to components where they include this sensor?

The cheapest board that integrates this sensor I found is this one :
