ESP Website not responding but ping is : restart?

Hi
is there a way to send a magic packet to restart an ESP?

Can ping it but Website is not coming up....

What version are you running?
ESP Easy Flasher [flash tool and wifi setup at flash time]
ESP Easy Webdumper [easy screendumping of your units]

yes the r147 is working with puya
but not newer
