This sensor is different from the DHT 11/22 1-Wire sensors in that it uses a 2 wire connection I2C compatible.
It needs a special Arduino library https://github.com/practicalarduino/SHT1x and it is not supported by the ESPEasy project right now.
I do not know if this sensor ever will be included, you can try to write your own plugin , but for now you are on your own.

I've ordered one of those SHT10 sensors from China. Will see what we can do when it arrives...

That would be really cool. I plan to make a soil sensor this summer for the garden.
