The port number is exactly the same as the numbering on the Pro Mini board.
So to control D13, enter 13 as port and select port type digital
And to read A0, enter 0 as port and select port type analog
I think you could be the first user of the Pro Mini expander! Beware that development on Pro Mini expander is in it's early stages and things could change when people start to use it.
Because of your post, I decided to fix the analog reading for 10 bit values, but if you want to use that, you have to use R62 from github and flash both the ESP and Pro Mini with the latest firmware.
