Is it possible to also flash the 5v and 12v Sonoff modules the same way with the ESP Easy software?
Like this one, please see the link below. This module seems also prepared for the RX/TX connector that can be soldered on the pcb.

Can 12 v Sonoff modules be flashed too with ESP Easy?

I guess so, but still you have to take into account the same safety measurements as with other Sonoffs.
Do not let them be powered when flashing, or make sure the computer and the Sonoff are somehow isolated from eachother.
There are USB isolators and USB to serial adapters with built-in isolation.
Also have a good look at the chip used on these modules to pick the right build.

Hello.
Basically you can flash every ESP8266/8285 with ESPEasy.
As this is a low voltage module it should be possible to flash them directly, there is no mains voltage.
Due to my experiences I'd prefer to use a really stable and clean external 3.3V-source for flashing.
It avoids some unwelcome troubles.
Chack first: Which processor type is on the board? ESP8266 or ESP8285?
Chose the .bin-file that fits processor, in case of 8266 it must fit the memory size too.
One thing should be mentioned:
Sonoff tends to use a second processor, a MCU to drive the relay. This might run into problems
as standard GPIO on/off won't work with the MCU chip.
Check the threads about the Sonoff dual here in the forum, there are some solutions for this.
Regards
Shardan.

Thank you very much for the input so far. And ofcourse more input and suggestion are very much appreciated.
In the past I added Sonoff's to my Domoticz and that is working fine. I hope the low voltage Sonoff's will do that too.
