rfid em4100 tag at 125khz with a RDM6300 reader

hello i'm trying to read rfid em4100 tag at 125khz with a RDM6300 reader and espeasy firmware. The problem is that it does not read the tag.
What can I try?

the wiring seems to me wrong.
the level converter? where is the HV and LV connected?
normally
HV = 5V of the RDM6300
LV = 3.3v from wemos
