PCA9685 PWM feature request: Phase shift and complete on/off

Hi all,

i would like to request the following if it is possible:
- add a phase shift (by setting the correct registers) for the pwm channels
- turn on or off a channel completely
- change frequency settings

This would be very useful for my application! All of this features are already included in the IC. It is just necessary to write to the correct registers.

How do I inform the developer in charge of this library?
