LED (4x20) Unable to Define & Save Device Lines 1-4

Having some strange problems with setting up an LED device which I've done many times before. Sure I've had this problem before but can't locate any related threads.
When I add some commands to any of the LED device lines 1-4, such as "%sysweekday_s% %systm_hm% %sysday%-%sysmonth%-%sysyear%", I select submit but the line doesn't appear to be saved.
I've tried different EDP8266s, different 4x20 LEDs and older builds (such as ESP_Easy_mega-20181107_normal_core_241_ESP8266_4096) - currently using ESP_Easy_mega-20181117_normal_ESP8266_4096.
I've attached the zipped config file with all setup details.

LCD you mean? Have you tried an older build just to make sure it's not a bug?

Yes, I meant LCD 4x20
I agree with Domospaiens results and also managed to get build ESP_Easy_mega-20181101 working.
I think that my updates, in the mean time, to my other LED ESP8266 devices used saved settings so never actually had to update the lines 1 to 4. ...but I wanted to change something on my new device and that's when I discovered the problem.
I fix would be appreciated when convenient.
