Can't get 7Seg to display anymore

I'm wrecking my head trying to get this to work. I thought it was the display, so I swapped the display. I thought it was the wemos D1 mini, so I swapped that out too. I thought maybe update the firmware (even though I was flashing with the same firmware as I have on other Wemos D1mini devices using 7seg), but again, nothing on the display when I send "7dt, 1111" (when on manual) via the console, and nothing when I set it to time either.
The 7seg display im using is tm1637.
I have clock set to D3 and DIO to D4, and likewise in the setup device.

Someone tell me i'm doing/forgetting something stupid!
