ESP8266 grove kit and PMS5003

Hi everyone,
I bought this grove kit:

and this sensor:

I correctly flashed espeasy to the grove kit and connected the sensor with the included cable.
I configured the sensor as PMS5003 on GPIO 1 and 3, and it seems it gives out some data, but the values seems almost random and terribly low.
Moreover there is a lot of trash data in the log.
Any advice?

What is the voltage supplied to the sensor?
5V or 3.3V?
