Puls counter, gpio min is not "input"

Hi, I am quite new to this but love this software. But I have a problem.

Setting up a -12 as a pulse counter. Use r78. I use GPIO-14 but have tried others aswell.

My problem is that when I set gpio port it goes into output mode. When I messure it its 3,3v all the time. And ofc can not read the pulse coming.

Any idee what I am doing wrong?

Nvm, I didnt think correctly. Reconected my weiring using gpio as output and then messure when its pulled low instead of the other way around... Now it works.
