Hello, I'm from Russia, the city of Perm. I recently discovered the Esp_easy platform and found it to be a pretty good fit for my projects. I have designed a PCB for Esp_easy on esp8266 and I want to share with the community. The project is an open source. How and where can I create a topic with a description and a link to the project

There is a Projects subforum where you can add a new topic, with the links and stuff you want to share.

Then switch to the Profile tab and update the Location:
