I use a temperature sensor on ESP. The values are sent via MQTT to an RPI with FHEM. but the connection breaks off again. How about the rules, check the connection and trigger a restart of the ESP at demolition.
Sorry for my bad englisch.

I hope the question is understandable.

Hi Spike,
What version are you using? In later versions of ESPEasy there is a parameter under Tools\Advanced called Connection Failure Threshold. If this is set to 0 the ESP will not react to connection failures. Set this to a number like 30 and the ESP will reset itself after 30 failures.

i use Build R108, and i have fond this point. i try it with 30. i hope this is the solution of the problem.
