MQTT control of a Servo

I can currently control my servo with a local command like "http://192.168.1.128/control?cmd=Servo,1,16,170"
Or with some entries in the Rules like in the examples
On System#Boot do //When the ESP boots, do
servo,1,12,0
timerSet,1,10 //Set Timer 1 for the next event in 10 seconds
endon
Is it possible to control the Servo with MQTT, and if so what would the Publish command be.
I have been trying with a lot of different Publish commands but have been unsuccessful.
