OLED SSD1306 not updating

I have a Oled conntected to a esp8266 running Build: ESP_Easy_mega_20240414_normal_ESP8266_4M1M Apr 14 2024
It is connector to I2C (pin D1 and D2).
On that unit there is also a Senseair S8 connected to serial (HW Serial0 - pin D9 and D10)
The strange thing is that after some time , the oled forgets to update (it keeps the same text on the screen and in the devices page).
I tried the 2 plugins (framed and the normal one) and both show the same problem.
If i go into "edit" for the oled and click submit , than it updates.

An other unit with the same setup is running fine?
Any idea's what could be wrong?

UPDATE: i copied the settings from the other unit (via dat file) and it seems to be solved...

Hmm, that's quite unsatisfying as a solution
NB: Be sure to update the unit number on the Config page, so each device has a non-zero, unique, unit number (so you can address them properly in a SendTo command etc.)
