Hello from Czech Republic

Hello,
I am Pavel from Czech Republic. I am interested in Computer Systems and Networks, mobile devices and all kinds of sensors one can connect to IoT.

I would like to contribute some plugins when I have time in my schedule, but so far I did not find Issue reporting in github/SF repo. For now I have adapted the BME280 plugin for BMP280 (including selection between the two possible addresses), but I wonder what will be the best way how to get it to you - the ESPEasy developers. I see that the pull requests do not seem to be the way.
