Wiki update Arduino IDE tutorial

The Wiki tutorial for Arduino IDE firmware upload has been refreshed to use the latest Arduino 1.6.12 IDE and the 2.3.0 stable ESP core:

Hello,
I ve got a ESP-07 with 1024Flash
What is the "right" SPIFFS size at Arduino 1.6.12? (1M 64k-512k SPIFFS ?)

You must use Flashsize_1M with 64k SPIFFS for proper working of OTA.
