Problem About Wifi Connection

i have problem about wifi connection ESP8266. i install firmware from here : http://www.letscontrolit.com/downloads/ESPEasy_R120.zip
After installing i cant see wifi.. I dont understand what is problem.

İf i use NODEMCU FİRMWARE PROGRAMMER TOOL, i can see wifi but connection has problem.

After flashing you need to powercycle the unit and wait a minute or two until "ESP_0" popps up.
