Level Control not changet status (Values) from Rules

In Build: 120, Core Version: 2_3_0

I have Relay JQC-3FF-12 when I turn on it from rules by button, they swich ON but no show it in "Devices"
"Level Control" stel in "1" positions
BUT!
if "Level Control" do "Check Task:" on some temperature device they change state and show it normaly!

Q: how can I set or see relay status?
It's need to pul to OpenHAB (mqtt)
