That list is the list of generic commands and is up to date.

The plugin specific commands is supposed to be in the plugin documentation. I have some job to do, not all these plugin pages are up to standard.

To be able to send serial data you have to use the command "serialsend".

For a switch you would use the gpio command but you might mean something else?

Hi
thanks for the explanation.

this does help.

I was referencing to the switch input switch a generic one not gpio related.

was wondering if there was a command to address a switch by name or so.

will try the serialsend command,

by the way, how to serial send hex? will it be control?cmd=serialsend,A0x01x01xA2 ?

I assume serialsend will send to serial server as device,

I am not quite clear about serial settings in tool tab
