Hello, for the last few weeks I've been looking for the best readout for an analog electricity meter- and I finally found. It works great. Only problem is -how to connect it to esp?
I have two problems:
-The output is 4,2v
-When detect black line in power meter led diode blink very short.
What do You Think about it?
Best regards

What's wrong with a TCR5000? https://www.letscontrolit.com/wiki/index.php/TCR5000nobody@all wrote: ↑08 Apr 2018, 02:57 Hello, for the last few weeks I've been looking for the best readout for an analog electricity meter- and I finally found. I just stuck one of these on top of the wheel of the old electric meter and used the poti to setup sensitivity until it caught the line on the wheel. Works very welll.
Domoticz on Raspi 2 -- 14 ESP units (hacked Sonoff,NodeMCUs, Wemos, self-built units) running with RC140- Mega 2.0.0 dev8
Re: Energy meter counter
You could add a flipflop.
Then the value changes are the ones to count and they are as far apart from each other as the wheel rotates.
That should make counting a lot easier I guess.
