Hello together
Does anybody knows if D3 and/or D4 is configurable as input that does NOT react at low condition to serial programming mode?
Or is it factory default setting which we can't modify?
Thanks!

See the documentation: https://espeasy.readthedocs.io/en/lates ... on-esp8266
If those pins are pulled low while the node boots (e.g. due to a crash), then it will boot into "flash mode".
I am not aware of any changes possible to prevent that.

OK, unfortunately I thought that!
But after booting, I can use it as normal input to detect High and Low

Yep.
On Sonoff units GPIO-0 is always (??) connected to the push button.
Just make sure it isn't pulled down unintentionally.
So a push button is OK, or the output signal to a sensor.
You can even use it as input from a sensor, as long as this sensor isn't sending data without being asked for. (e.g. a GPS does send data continuously)
