Re: Support for PZEM 004T Energy monitor
I already thought that it would be very difficult. The problem is that the balcony power plant does not feed in separately, but is simply attached to a phase. This means that there is no dedicated point at which only the electricity is fed in (electricity produced) and no point at which it is only c...

Re: Support for PZEM 004T Energy monitor
dear community, I have several pzem 004t V3.0 that work really really fine. There is no problem in stability - nothing, BUT... ...Now I have found that only the consumption is displayed, but not the direction of current flow. It is not possible to tell whether, for example, a photovoltaic system is ...

Re: Support for PZEM 004T Energy monitor
in the actual ESP Mega release there is no *energy file (ESPEasy_ESP82xx_mega-20201125.zip). I think at that time, November 2020, the Energy build wasn't defined yet. Oh I did a mistake. I took the wrong filename of the ESP mega release in the upper post. Now I'm writing over the cellular phone but...

Re: Support for PZEM 004T Energy monitor
ok I did find it just a few minutes ago
in the actual ESP Mega release there is no *energy file (ESPEasy_ESP82xx_mega-20201125.zip).
In the "old" release I did find the *energy file (ESPEasy_ESP82xx_mega-20210114.zip)
why it wasnt recompiled in the new release???
thanks in advance

Re: Support for PZEM 004T Energy monitor
I have not tested it myself. The only thing I did, was update the existing code from the playground to match the current code base and thus it should be functional identical, or at least do what the original code did + probably some more as added in newer code changed in the ESPEasy core. I was sea...

Re: Raspberry pi 4 to NAS
If you still want to build a NAS... I have done it this way: INTEL NUC 8i5with Proxmox - VM: OMV with Nextcloud etc dockered - LXC: 1. Grafana, 2. IOBroker, 3. motionEye, 4. dokuwiki, 5. piHole, ... 6-12 Watts of power consumption don't waste your time with raspberrys, if you have to run various app...

Re: 8 evnironment sensors SHT31 via I2C Multiplexer, cablelength
You are absolutely right. The 230V goes from 1,20m (light switch) to 1,5m without being connected. It will be connected in future if there is needed 230V. In my case i use 230V OR the Ethernet cable that also isn't attached. The KNX cable the same. Only piece of wire going into the light switch that...

Re: 8 evnironment sensors SHT31 via I2C Multiplexer, cablelength
hello guys, thank you VERY MUCH for you posts! That helps me really a lot. I am using iobroker, which gets all the sensor data via MQTT from the ESP8266 nodes. That runs perfectly. I save the data in an influxDB and the graphs are made from grafana. Thats perfect for me. Here you can see an graph fr...

8 evnironment sensors SHT31 via I2C Multiplexer, cablelength
I thought about to wire up 8 SHT31 sensors (SHT35 cost 3 times as much as the 31 and are a little bit more accurate) on a I2C multiplexer Tca9548a on a D1 mini Pro. I think that could run safely. Now my question. Could 1 wire it up with an cat7 cable from the Multiplexer to each single SHT31... with...

Re: AHT10 Sensor
I yesterday tryed to run the AHT10 Sensor with a self compiled binary of tasmota and tasmota recognized a totally different sensor. So I attached the SHT31 sensor and it runs out of the box with tasmota. So I don't know whats the problem, but with tasmota the AHT10 does not work. I bougt 2 of the AH...

Re: Support for PZEM 004T Energy monitor
I have seen, that now following firmware exists:
ESP_Easy_mega_20210114_energy_ESP8266_4M1M.bin
Is the functionality the same as the version compiled from DJELAU?

AHT10 Sensor
Hello I use ESPeasy and I have AHT10 sensors and can not use them with ESPeasy. I've done a pull request on github... my first ever :-). https://github.com/letscontrolit/ESPEasy/pull/3465 I don't know if I've done it right. I would really appreciate if the AHT10 sensor would be added to ESPeasy mega...

Re: Support for PZEM 004T Energy monitor
Hi djelau, Thank you for your answer. I ordered other 5 PZEM-004T V3. I will test it, when the hardware arrives. I actually use a simple D1 mini, but will swap to the D1 mini pro to get an external antenna attached. The PZEM delivers 5V and I am not sure, if the D1 mini (pro) is 5V tolerant for a ve...

Re: Support for PZEM 004T Energy monitor
good morning @all @djelau: first of all: THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR WORK. I tried your firmware with one PZEM004T and it works like a charme. I get the values via MQTT into my ioBroker and its really fine. What I am thinking about is - how many PZEM004T could I connect to one ESP8266 (D1 Mini - whic...
