How to change SSID?

#1 Post by theone » 16 Nov 2016, 12:48

Hi,

I want to connect my WEMOS boards to a WIFI network (SSID).

My previous working network (SSID) is not available.

How do I change the EASYESP to use a different SSID if I cannot access the current configuration?

I have tried flashing the firmware again - via USB - but it is still inaccessible - does it keep the configuration intact although re-programmed?

Help needed.... Using Windows

Use a terminal program like ESPlorer. You can view the settins with command: settings
With WifiSSID <SSID> and WifiKey <Wifi WPA key> you can change your settings.

Then Save and Reboot

Succes.

When I connect using 57600 or 115200 or 9600 I don't get any response from the board.
Are you sure this works with ESPEASY firmware? or do I need a different baud rate?
